The current chairman of the FWD and two of his predecessors will be among speakers at the Grocery Wholesaling 2006 conference on September 27.
Managing director of Today's and immediate past chairman of the FWD Rodney Hunt will open the event with a speech on challenges and opportunities within the sector.
Current FWD chairman Francis Ball, the former managing director of Costco Wholesale, will provide an insight into Costco's industry leading sales growth, and Parfetts managing director and former FWD chairman Steve Parfett will take part in the discussion which closes the conference.
Other speakers include Paul Hagon, national accounts sales director of P&H McLane, and Bryan Drew, commercial director of Booker.
The conference is organised by IGD.
