In this edition we take a look at the Today's Group, whose members claim a total turnover in the foodservice sector of £500m.

At the group's annual exhibition last month it was obvious that the area devoted to foodservice was attracting a great deal of interest. It was not just companies already active in the sector, but also others interested in getting involved in a growing part of the group's business.

Also in this issue Peter Backman of Horizons provides some insights into the complex business of supplying hotels, and we look forward to the new products and promotions coming up.
