Grimsby-based Today's Group wholesaler Dee Bee Cash & Carry has announced a senior management restructure, which sees former sales director Craig O'Connor elevated to the role of managing director of the company. Craig now takes on overall responsibility for the cash and carry and delivered arms of business, as well as building on Dee Bee's growing retailer symbol group.

Nick Ramsden, who was the previous managing director for several years, will now oversee group developments across both the retail and wholesale aspect of the company in his new role as group managing director.

Ramsden said: "I'm delighted to accept the role of group managing director of the company where new challenges will be presented to me, as I take on responsibility for both retail and wholesale operations.

"Craig O'Connor will now head-up the Dee Bee arm of the company - a role in which I believe he will excel. Craig and I make an excellent team and I am looking forward to working more closely with him at this level."
