One piece of advice to help suppliers succeed with you: listen to what we need and what our customers need – so we can work together to succeed

The best promotion currently running with our customers is: Heinz Top Down Tomato Ketchup price marked £1.29

My vote for the best recent TV/press advertising is: Irn Bru – “Phenomenal”

My vote for the best new product launch goes to: Aero Bubbles due to be launched April 12. A very successful pre-sell by our sales team with the help of samples from the manufacturer. Also our exclusive Vintners Collection wine range

Gripe of the month: what upsets you most about supplier policies: new product launches, where we either don’t get enough stock, or it’s not delivered in time for the launch. Also that our major competitors often have the stock before us. Promotional stock being short delivered or not delivered on time
