Sam Oxley-Powell is the new trading manager, responsible for confectionary, biscuits and cereals.

Oxley-Powell was previously a trading controller at Spar for two years, and prior to that was with Nisa for more than six years.

Helen Carpenter is the new marketing manager and joins Costcutter from The Gadget Shop where she worked for two years.

Her responsibilities include Costcutter Radio, the website, Costcutter own label, store design and corporate image.
