A new pack advising care home caterers on providing a nutritionally balanced offer has been published by 3663.
Menu Solutions for Care Homes contains four-week menu cycles for summer and winter, which account for the seasonal availability of fruits and vegetables.
Claire Baseley, 3663 nutritionist, commented: "Using this range of menus will ensure that establishments meet current government guidelines."
