A cross-promotion between the grocery and auto retail sectors in Northern Ireland was recently concluded with the presentation of a substantial prize to a customer of Holmes Wholesale Services at the showrooms of Volkswagen dealer Isaac Agnew (Belfast).
Holmes joined forces with the Volkswagen dealer to give away a voucher for £10,000 off the purchase of a new Volkswagen.
To win, trade customers entered a prize draw at any of the seven Holmes cash and carries.
The winner was Gerard Breen - a regular customer of Holmes, Lurgan - who operates a convenience store in Derryadd. He said: "I was delighted to receive this prize from Holmes. My current car is a Volkswagen so I am looking forward to selecting a new model."
