Brakes Student Team Chef award goes to Adam Smith

Students from Adam Smith College in Scotland triumphed at Hotelympia taking first place in the National Final of Brakes Student Team Chef Challenge - beating nine other teams from around the UK.
South Lanarkshire College was in second place and Westminster Kingsway College was third.
John Trelfa of Brakes, one of the judges of the competition, said: "Over the years we have held the Student Team Chef Challenge we have found the quality just gets better and better each year.
"The high standard achieved by these young chefs is really positive for the future of the industry."
