More than 70,000 visits were recorded to the first Food & Drink World exhibition staged by William Reed, which was held from March 19-22.
Food & Drink World is the umbrella event for Food & Drink Expo, Foodex Meatex, the Convenience Retailing Show and International Fuel & Forecourt Show.
It took place at the NEC in Birmingham and encompassed nine interlinking halls. Food & Drink World 06 was a single ticket show that created a complete supply chain event for food professionals encompassing all aspects of food manufacture from field to plate.
Exhibitions director Neil Felton said: "A record number of exhibitors have already rebooked their stands for CRS and IFFE next year and Foodex Meatex and Expo in 2008."
