Norris joins the Saltash-based company with 25 years experience in human resources management. She has previously worked in human resource roles for Blue Circle Cement, The Hemsley Fraser Training Group, Orange Call Centre at Plympton and Plymouth City Council.

Norris is replacing Pat Truscott who has retired. She will be taking over the human resources and personnel duties.

Norris said: "I am delighted to be joining Appleby Westward at this exciting time in their development."
