Bako North Western, a member of the Bako Group, has launched a £1m loyalty scheme.
The loyalty scheme, Plus Reward Points, gives customers the opportunity to redeem points for Capital Bond gift vouchers or reduce the balance on an existing Bako North Western account.
The loyalty scheme is being launched in August and is linked to the full range of ambient, chilled and frozen goods currently marketed by Bako North Western.
Each 100 Plus Reward Points can be redeemed for £1 of Capital Bonds or used to reduce the account balance by £1. The company estimates the average customer will accumulate nearly 4,000 reward points per month. The points can be redeemed at any time throughout the year or saved up for a larger reward.
Purchasing manager Kate Lawson said: "We have spent a lot of time listening to our customers to find out what more we can offer them."
