Catersummit remains the only genuine tripartite forum for suppliers, wholesalers and caterers working to an agenda based on closer understanding and improved communication.
Launched by the Federation of Wholesale Distributors in 1989, Catersummit will take place this year at the Chesford Grange Hotel, Kenilworth, on October 2 and 3.
The original concept for the event remains the same - in a market as fragmented as foodservice, how can three parties communicate more efficiently and ensure that opportunities for profitable distribution and marketing are fully exploited?
A programme of speakers is being drawn up by FWD and delegates are already making reservations for the event.
