? Gripe of the month (say what upsets you most): Shared margin on price-marked chilled foods. Wholesalers are restricted to a lower margin in order to provide the customer a reasonable retail margin. There should be a fair margin to share.

Minimum drops into depot. In order to develop our business, we need the support from suppliers to work with us by reducing unreasonable drop sizes, particularly within chilled foods where products are date conscious.
