Lorimer: catering knowledge |
Michael Lorimer, managing director of the foodservice arm of the Henderson Group in Northern Ireland, has been elected vice-chairman of Landmark Wholesale.
He takes over from Hatim Suterwalla of TRS Cash & Carry, after he stepped down at the end of November 2005. Lorimer will assist current chairman Steve Parfett of Parfetts Cash & Carry.
Landmark Wholesale managing director Martin Williams said: “Michael’s election is timely as Landmark redefines its vision and strategy to encompass the importance of its foodservice and catering members in the group.
“I would also like to thank Hatim for his work, and while he leaves this role he will still actively remain on the board.”
