A £450m exclusive contract to supply all Pizza Hut restaurants in the UK for a five-year period, from January 2006, has been won by 3663.
The contract covers food, beverages and disposables for the 635 Pizza Hut restaurants spread across the UK.
Darrell Osborne, supply chain director of Pizza Hut, commented: “It is vital to the success and growth of our business that we have a reliable service provider. As an industry leader, 3663 has proved itself to be more than capable of delivering the goods and our shared values of operational excellence, teamwork and customer service made the company the obvious choice. I am confident that our working relationship will be a longstanding and successful one.”
Andrew Selley, managing director of 3663 Logistics, added: “The Pizza Hut contract is a major achievement for the division and one which offers great potential for both businesses.
“I look forward to teaming up with such a prominent name in the foodservice industry.”
The latest deal continues a run of success for 3663’s logistics division over the past six months with it having signed contracts worth more than £2bn in sales over the next five years.
