Gurr: accounts emphasise commitment

Delivered wholesaler Blueheath has announced four new contract wins, although the names of two of the companies have not yet been released.

Among them are a motorway service station operator, and a nine-site forecourt and convenience chain in the south. A third deal was with Star services, a five-site forecourt chain in the south east.

In addition, Northcliffe Retail, the retail division of Northcliffe Newspapers Group, has appointed Blueheath its nominated supplier for the south east franchise network with an initial 14 outlets, expected to build over time to 50 outlets.

Chief executive Douglas Gurr commented: “Our new accounts emphasise our commitment to the leisure, petrol forecourt and food services sectors and further strengthen our expertise in these areas.”
