KK Fine Foods, the frozen ready meals specialist, has signed up as the third member of Foodservice Rewards, the new reward scheme for the UK foodservice sector.
Foodservice Rewards is a new loyalty programme developed in the US for the hospitality industry, designed to reward customer loyalty when they purchase leading foodservice brands. It launched last month with membership of Nestlé and Young’s Bluecrest
KK products will now feature special yellow bar-coded labels which, when entered into the Foodservice Rewards website, earn caterers points which can be accumulated and redeemed for products. Over 250 of the products are catering related, but others, such as digital cameras and holidays are also available. Rewards can also be earned to offer equipment to schools and hospitals or team-building activities.
Leyla Edwards, managing director at KK Fine Foods, said: “The programme creates a fantastic marketing platform to help us understand our customers and provide a better service, as well as encouraging users to trial our products.”
