The Authentic Food Company has introduced a new addition to its Indian range.

The Kashmiri Lamb Kofta Curry adds to the portfolio of over 20 Indian main courses and aims to bring new flavours and textures to the market.

The dish is created to suit most palates with a medium spiced heat level and can be served with Indian accompaniments such as Kashmiri Pilau Rice and Naan Bread. The Curry originates from Lucknow in north India, and consists of four lamb meatballs cooked in a rich onion and tomato based sauce with spinach and peppers, flavoured with cumin, coriander and fenugreek.

Sanjay Sighat, senior development chef, says: "We were looking for a new concept and an alternative dish to add to our range, Kashmiri Lamb Kofta Curry brings innovation to the market and enhances the menu appeal of pubs, bars and restaurants.
