New cake added to Erlenbacher range

Erlenbacher, a range from Schöller Dessert, has introduced the Royal Champagne Gateaux.
The cake is rippled with Marc Du Champagne, with peach cream, light and dark biscuit layers and cream icing.
The gateaux comes packed one to a case, at 2000g with 16 servings at an RRP of £1.17.
The Erlenbacher range has been developed to offer frozen continental patisserie products. The range includes tartes, cheesecakes, gateaux, pies and cakes, made with all-butter ingredients.
