Dee Bee Cash & Carry has installed software solutions provider Sanderson's Business Intelligence system.
Today's Group member Dee Bee is a delivered wholesaler stocking over 40,000 products from groceries and catering to cleaning products. It has already implemented Sanderson's Swords solution and has now introduced the Business Intelligence system, which provides a single holistic view of its business information.
The system can provide information on sales performance and can identify which customers are profitable, or whether they just buy promotional stock.
It enables the company to carry out targeted promotions to specific customers and provides more effective forecasting of what stock is needed and by when, reducing overstocking and working more proficiently.
Craig O'Conner, managing director at Dee Bee, said: "I am very pleased with the Business Intelligence software for a number of reasons. It is simple and quick to gain a crucial insight into our current sales information."
