Paragon Quality Foods has appointed its first customer service manager, Jo Bond.
Bond was previously sales office co-ordinator. Her responsibilities will include ensuring that levels of service are enhanced, particularly to buying groups and wholesalers with complex order and delivery requirements.
She has also been challenged to add a new dimension to Paragon's business with higher levels of customer contact, service and support.
