Five new lines have been added to Whites, the 3663 range of luxury frozen and chilled foods for chefs.
The new dishes are: Chicken breast stuffed with haggis, neeps and tatties; MSC wild Alaskan red salmon fillet portion; Raspberry, fig and plum tart; Hand selected thick cut smoked back bacon; and British cheeseboard.
The new lines follow the Whites tradition of only using quality natural ingredients specially selected by 3663's development chefs. The dishes are designed to be easy to prepare for kitchens with staff of varying skill levels.
Nicky Dixey, product brand manager at 3663, said: "Customer feedback on Whites has more than exceeded our expectations and the brand has filled a much needed gap in the market. We were confident that the brand would do well when it launched, but we didn't expect an annual turnover of over £1.6m in the first year."
