Brakes has extended its selection of sandwiches and its range of Italian products.
It has introduced two new sandwich fillings, free range egg mayonnaise and chicken and stuffing, both in 1kg tubs.
In addition it has introduced Brakes Panini Baguette, which is a part-baked, unsliced white panini, made with extra virgin olive oil, available in packs of 50.
In its Italian range it has added Lasagna alla Romana, a new 450g pasta product made with a rich beef and pork meat sauce, layered with fresh lasagna sheets, and topped with a rich mascarpone sauce and pecorino cheese. It can be oven cooked or microwaved and is available in packs of 12.
Brakes Plain Risotto Base is made with arborio rice, onion, garlic and delicate herbs and spices and is ready for caterers to personalise. The 350g product comes in packs of 12.
