Palmer & Harvey McLane won the title of Best Distributor with Nisa in second place and Key Lekkerland third. The award was decided by feedback from 2,000 head office executives at retailers and suppliers who rated 17 main distributors against a list of 10 criteria, including customer service, on-time deliveries and product availability.
Paul Hagon, national account sales director for P&H, said: “We are absolutely delighted with our recognition as best distributor, and aim to continually raise the bar in delivered wholesaling for the future.”
