King UK has completed the year-long reorganisation of its business following its purchase by Casper last year.
David Wallwork, managing director of King UK, has recruited a new senior management team, and rationalisation of its nationwide depot network was completed at the end of January.
Wallwork said: "We are delighted with the management team we have put together. It is definitely the strongest team I have worked with."
The 11-strong depot network has been reduced to six depots, with three unmanned outbases providing drop-off and collection facilities, but the company still provides nationwide service across Britain.
In addition, a new national call centre was opened in Rugby in mid January.
