Independent dairy distribution business Wrights Dairies has purchased three refrigeration units from Hubbard Transport Refrigeration Solutions.
Hubbard produces a complete range of refrigeration systems for all types of vehicle and Wrights has taken three 520 Alpha ELs. The Hubbard 520 Alpha is a split unit refrigeration system designed for front mounting on box body vehicles, offering larger capacities of 3.5 to 10 tonnes. The system is operated by an in-cab digital controller that is fully programmable and provides constant temperature readout. It uses environmentally friendly R404a refrigerant and is suitable for temperatures down to -25°C
Wrights Dairies runs its chilled delivery service throughout Dorset and Hampshire and the three new Hubbard units were purchased to cope with increased demand in the company's services.
Richard Love, managing director of Wrights Dairies, said: "The Hubbard 520 units are ideal for refrigerating larger box body vehicles, mirroring the long bodied lorries, economical and environmentally friendly."
