Topaz, a developer of financial, payroll and HR software, is offering a 24-hour online ordering system aiming to bring substantial benefits to the wholesale trade.
The solution from Topaz means that customers can order from their suppliers any time they want, day or night, rather than having to place orders during normal office hours.
The on-line ordering system prompts about previous orders, offers comprehensive product browsing, pricing in real time and confirmation of orders by email.
Customers can also view all their account details in a secure environment, checking invoices and payment transactions through facsimile invoice to delivery notes.
ADM Milling, independent flour miller, implemented the Topaz system and Allister Lovett, ADM's UK IT manager, said: "It has far exceeded our expectations. Our customers are not necessarily experienced IT users. Topaz provided us with a system that enables quick and efficient access - our customers are never more that a few clicks away from their next order."
