Southover Food Company has launched its Cooked Smoked Back Bacon.

Following its range of own brand gammons and cooked meats, Southover is offering Southover Cooked Back Bacon as an alternative to raw bacon.

Cook Back Bacon only needs to go in the microwave before it is ready to eat.

Steve Pearce, managing director at Southover, said: "We have been exploring new ground to add to our existing Southover Cooked Meats range. Working closely with caterers, we are aware of potential space issues they may have.
