Schöller Ice Cream has launched the Fischer Vesuvio Ice Cream Experience, a trio of fruit-based individual portion desserts.
Vesuvio Arancione is orange filling surrounded by chocolate ice cream, Vesuvio Rosso is red berries and white chocolate ice cream, Vesuvio Mela is apple filling with a mix of apple and vanilla dairy ice cream with a topping of crunchy fruit pieces.
The range is ready to serve from the freezer and aims to have minimal impact on the kitchen.
Mike Godwin, managing director of Schöller Ice Cream, said: "This type of dessert is ideal for serving to large parties, for example over the Christmas party season, or when resources are stretched in the kitchen. It is no surprise that these individual portion desserts are becoming increasingly popular with our customers."
