Sanderson, software solution provider to the delivered wholesale and cash and carry industries, has won a contract to supply its Swords solution to Today's Group member Turner & Wrights.
Turner & Wrights is based in Bolton and supplies grocery, beers, wines and spirits, confectionary and soft drinks. The company was recently acquired by M&M Value, a member of Sugro UK, which is a Sanderson customer and already uses Swords.
The Sanderson solution aims to provide a single, integrated system to run Turner & Wrights' business and improve operational efficiency and control.
Using the system across all of its sites will provide M&M Value with the opportunity to gain a consolidated view of the entire business activities. The accounts module within Swords is designed to provide management with access to timely and accurate financial information, enabling profit and loss to be analysed correctly throughout the organisation.
Paul Young, managing director of Turner & Wrights, said: "Having witnessed success with the Sanderson system at all the other businesses under my management, it was the natural first choice to implement Swords at Turner & Wrights."
Will Government proposals to ban the display of tobacco in retail premises damage the wholesale sector?
