The foodservices division of Scottish-based CJ Lang & Son held its annual golf day for customers, suppliers and staff.

The first prize, a 14" Claret Jug for each team member, was won by Phil Scott of McDiarmid Park in Perthshire, Euan Kane of the Downfield Golf Club in Dundee, Ed Faber of Unilever Food Solutions in Crawley and David Sherriffs of the Gordon Arms Hotel in Huntly.

Other prizes included the 12" and 10" Golfer Electroplated Figurines for second and third teams and two Stableford Golf Bag Figurines and Nearest the Pin Figurines.

Each player received a golf shoe bag and golf pack containing a set of three Pro V1 golf balls, markers, pencil, tees and pitch repairers.

Grant Scrimgeour, wholesaler controller, said: "We now operate in an exceptionally tough trading climate and taking the chance to build on already strong business relationships can only be to the mutual advantage of both CJ Lang & Son as a company and our customers' businesses."
