Kerry Foods Direct to Store (KFDTS), chilled distribution service to the convenience store sector, has appointed Andrew Redstone as its new sales director.
KFDTS has a network of 32 depots and 400 temperature controlled vehicles serving 16,000 outlets. Redstone joined KFDTS six years ago in a sales capacity and his most recent role with the company has been 18 months as logistics controller. His previous jobs included working in sales for United Biscuits.
Redstone will be replacing Paul Stubbins who is leaving the industry.
Michael Bassett, managing director of KFDTS, said: "We are sorry to see Paul leave but delighted that Andrew has taken on the sales director role."
Redstone said: "My background has given me extensive experience in both sales and logistics which will be vital as we strive to increase customer satisfaction."
Will Government proposals to ban the display of tobacco in retail premises damage the wholesale sector?
