One piece of advice to help suppliers succeed with us: before you do anything else please understand the wholesale market

The best promotion currently running with our customers is: Uncle Ben’s Sauces – any jar for 99p

My vote for the best recent TV/press advertising: Comfort fabric conditioner

My vote for the best new product launch/relaunch this year goes to: Mars Delight/Robertson’s Berries & Cherries

GRIPE OF THE MONTH (what upsets you about suppliers): They don’t always deliver what they promise. Suppliers who have different PMPs for wholesale and retail – also very confusing for the consumer
