Thomson: one of the new recruits

The Council of the Scottish Wholesale Association has been strengthened with the appointment of three new members.

At the SWA Annual Conference president Graham Benson announced that Rodney Hunt, managing director of Today’s and chairman of the FWD, would be joining the council.

In addition Simon Hannah of Key Lekkerland member JW Filshill and Warren Thomson, operations director of Booker Cash & Carry, will also be joining.

Benson said: “Their decision to join us on the council is a significant step forward for the Association and I am confident their input will be of great value to the membership and their own businesses.”
