The Holdings Board of directors at Nisa-Today's has confirmed several senior appointments.
Edwin Booth has been confirmed as chairman, Raj Chatha is deputy chairman and Neil Turton is chief executive officer.
Booth said: "After the difficulties that Nisa-Today's experienced last year, I am encouraged that the board displays a hunger to do business and drive value for the benefit of both retail and wholesale members."
Turton said: "My plan is to work with the board and staff to develop Nisa-Today's as an organisation to be proud of, embedding best corporate governance practices and combining these with Nisa-Today's trading acumen. Thousands of independent businesses and millions of customers depend on Nisa-Today's and the new team intends to contribute to a thriving independent sector in years to come."
