== Baylis moves sweets ==

Baylis Logistics has secured a contract to distribute products manufactured by Monkhill Confectionery, a company owned by Cadbury Schweppes. Baylis is responsible for collecting pre-assembled orders on a continuous cycle from the Monkhill distribution site. Duncan Elliot, head of distribution at Monkhill, said: "With customers including small independent retailers as well as the major multiples, we need a flexible service that can handle our complete distribution operation."

== Beam joins HIM ==

Beam Global Spirits & Wine has signed up to HIM's Cash & Carry Retailer Tracking programme. This takes the number of organisations who have joined the programme to more than 20.

== Deal renewed ==

Sweet Port has renewed its logistics agreement with Culina Logistics. Sweet Port is a supplier of branded and private label chilled Italian desserts. Lyndon Stacey, UK sales manager of Sweet Port, said: "Over the last two years Culina has provided a highly flexible temperature-controlled supply chain service."

== Supplying McGuigan ==

WaverlyTBS, the drinks companay, has announced a UK supply deal with McGuigan Simeon, the Australian vineyard holdings. WaverleyTBS has agreed five-year distribution rights to become the exclusive UK wholesaler (outside multiples) in both on and off trade for key wine brands.

== NWF delivers Typhoo ==

Boughey Distribution, the grocery distribution business of NWF Group, a diversified sales and distribution company, is to provide logistics services to Typhoo Tea for the storage and distribution of its finished goods throughout the UK and overseas.
