A number of initiatives were announced at the Today's Group Annual Conference earlier this month in Tenerife.
Today's FM Radio will be launched to Today's symbol members and VIT and PCC retailers. This will advertise mandatory promotion activity, helping to ensure fulfilment at the point of consumer sale.
In addition, Nisa-Today's Premier Service on temperature controlled products will be offered to selected Today's Group symbol retailers.
Today's Group will also be working with suppliers to achieve specific and exclusive promotion mechanics. The group will be emphasising cash as well as percentage margins on customer promotion leaflets to demonstrate profitability of promotions and thereby improve disciplined fulfilment.
