Octavian, wine logistics of Cert Group, has appointed Charles Craft as the new operations director for its Hoddesdon Service Centre.
Craft will be responsible for continuous enhancement of customer services. He has extensive experience in the logistics industry having spent 17 years with Marks & Spencer managing its in-house and third-party logistics operations. Before joining Octavian he was logistics director for Office World, responsible for overseeing the distribution of products to trade and private individual customers including logistics requirements for sales generated online.
