Nisa-Today's has re-launched its private label Burgundy wines under the Pont Neuf label, within its Cellars International brand. The four-strong range - Beaujolais, Chablis, Macon Villages Blanc and Macon Rouge - is part of the group's re-launch of its 16-strong private-label portfolio of wine, originating from Europe and the New World.

The Pont Neuf range complements Cellars International's other French label, Jean St Honore, which includes sauvignon blanc, cabernet sauvignon and chardonnay varieties.

Italian and German ranges, Domani and Hanns Rittmann, will be added to the rollout portfolio, along with Bulgarian Tirneva.

Steve Makin, Nisa-Today's category controller for wine, commented: "The re-launch has so far been a success, with all being well received by our members - packaging looks streamlined and contemporary, and screw caps have been extended to some of the ranges.

"Private-label brands are extremely profitable for retailers and are heavily promoted within Nisa-Today's, meaning bigger cost savings for customers. We intend to introduce two additional New World ranges from California and South Africa later in the year."
