Trident has added to its range of compact line thermal printers with Citizen's CT-S4000.
Trident is a technical franchised distributor of displays, interface kits, single board computers, panel PCs, printers and card readers.
The CT-S4000 features a built-in power supply, easy paper loading and standard or vertical mounting solutions allowing for simpler and quicker installation. It has selectable paper widths and a lifetime guarantee for 150km of printing.
The unit uses a high-speed CPU and DMA (Direct Memory Access) which allows the printer to process data faster than standard POS printers.
A USB interface is fitted for communication with the terminal, with serial or parallel ports available as alternatives.
