Debby Wellington, who heads the telesales team at Hackney-based Essex Flour and Grain, was crowned Country Range Employee of the Year at the awards ceremony during the group's annual conference.
Trading director Mike Watson, who was presenting the awards, said Debby had given "15 years superb loyal service", and she was presented with her award by Olympic gold medal-winning oarsman James Cracknell.
The group's Brandbuilder Award for sales performance went to Lancashire-based member, Birchall Catering Supplies, which closed its trading year more than 25% up on the previous year. The Outstanding Service Award was presented to Tony Durrant of Pacchini Oil Importing Co.
