MBL has re-launched its own-label wine range to improve the offer in Budgens and Londis.

The re-launch will initially focus on European wines and includes a range of 15 entry level wines from France. These range from Vin de Table, a number of Vin de Pays to a selection of appellation contrôlée wines, including Claret, Muscadet and Côtes du Rhône.

Italian and Spanish wines are next, followed by German wines, resulting in 50 new own-label wines with identical offerings in Budgens and Londis stores.

The Budgens and Londis ranges also share identical label designs. Each group of wines has a different look, but features an 'exclusively selected by MBL' logo giving them a common theme. All the wines, except Muscadet and Rosé d'Anjou, are screw cap.
