November 29-30 sees the World Food Market take place at the Excel in London for its second year.

The 2001 census identified over five million residents of ethnic origin in the UK and with more and more people travelling abroad the interest in the ethnic and speciality food market is growing.

The World Food Market is completely focused on the Ethnic & Speciality, Kosher and Halal markets and brings together specialist buyers, suppliers, associations and community groups. Over 200 companies will come together to showcase a range of delicacies from regional and gourmet to ethnic and community foods, with food from Oriental and Mexican to European and Caribbean.

Show director Katherine Mann said: "Completely focused on authentic international food, there is simply no other event where wholesalers can see, taste and smell so many unique products in one place."
