Nestlé UK has announced a major restructure and investment programme which will involve moving the manufacture of some products from York to overseas. However, it said a £20m investment at York would safeguard its future as a manufacturing site. The changes will start in 2007 and continue through 2008.

Booker has launched its Range & Price Guide brochure for its catering customers. It covers more 4,000 products and has been developed to help caterers and licensees plan their business. Most prices are guaranteed until January 4, 2007.
