Parfetts has seen management changes with financial director Robert Miller retiring and Iain Martin appointed as company accountant.
Miller has retired from Parfetts Cash & Carry after 20 year with the company. He joined as a company accountant at Parfetts' head office in Stockport in 1986 and was the first non-family member to be appointed to the Parfetts board of directors in 1988.
Steve Parfett, managing director, said: "Robert joined Parfetts when we had only been trading for six years, and we are indebted to him for his support and expertise which has helped us grow to the strong position we are in today."
David Grimes has replaced Miller. He was previously deputy general manager at Parfetts' Sheffield depot.
Iain Martin has been appointed as Parfetts company accountant. Martin joins Parfetts from Smith Knight Fay car group where he worked as the group financial accountant.
Martin said: "Parfetts is a very well regarded company in the North West and like my previous employers, it is a privately owned family run business."
